This website is dedicated to an individual research project entitled ‘A History of Sonic Experience in the Renaissance’. The project started at the Department of Musicology, University of Pavia (Italy) in 2010, and now continues as an independent research. Second phase
Since September 2012 I am developing
the second phase of the project, entitled ‘The Soundscape of Early Modern Catholicism’, at Boston College, thanks to a fellowship from the Jesuit Institute. |
